ADULTS BJJ - Ages 15+
Adults who practice jiu-jitsu often find it uniquely rewarding because it combines physical challenge with mental growth. Beyond improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, jiu-jitsu teaches problem-solving under pressure, as practitioners must think several moves ahead while staying calm in uncomfortable situations. TEENS BJJ - Ages 12-15

KIDS BJJ - Ages 8-11

LITTLE NINJAS BJJ - Ages 4-7

BOXING (Non-Sparring) - Ages 15+
